I threatened to sell off some yarn to help pay for the quarter of a zillion dollars I'm shelling out for my high school senior. I pulled out all of my stash and had it piled high in the middle of my bedroom. Then, I went through yarn books and piled that high. I organized all of my loose patterns and piled that high. After all of those piles, this was the only thing I could bring myself to feature on the Destash for Cash site.
It sold in less than 1 minute.
Maybe I should consider running a Sugar 'n Cream outlet on ebay...

I know it's hard to part with yarn! I have some in my stash that I really should sell/give away, but I just can't bring myself to do it.
Heh heh. I wish you'd photographed the piles so I could see how much inventory resulted in 9 skeins of Sugar 'n Cream.
It's sooo hard to part with yarn. You just end up buying more anyway.
You did better than I would have! Really I need all this yarn. Truly I do.
LOL OH I so get that feeling!! BTW where are the pictures of the piles of yarn you're keeping???
I would have a hard time giving up even less that what you did...good for you and I think you might have something there ...I bet a sugar and cream outlet would do real well :)
CONGRATS to you for being the "Featured Blog" in the Black Purl Magazine's free newsletter Essentia.
KUDO's
Wow that was a fast sell.
the Prom Night Survival Guide post... priceless. And I would have purchased that yarn simply for the graphic on the front!!!! Makes me want to put on some roller skates and use my easy-bake oven! ;) Okay, the real reason I'm here is to say.... "tag, you're it!". Check out my blog for details! (this thing has been going around for a while now I think... no pressure... I know you are starting your ebay yarn empire and that can be overwhelming ;)!)
hehe, you'd probably make a million, selling sugar 'n cream on ebay. umm, will we ever see the piles of yarn that didn't make it to ebay?
Hehe. I would have loved to see the pile of keeper yarn. LOL
